In this fast-moving world we tend to focus on our daily chores which cause the neglecting of our own health. In fact, we have our own system to fight the foreign toxic components which are not visible to us. That system is our immune system which is working 24×7. Whenever a foreign particle or bacteria enters our body, our immune system gets on alert and releases some antibodies to kill the bacteria.
